This is our first stationery post on the new blogsite, so I need to introduce myself!

Hi, I’m Carrie Brewer (yes, we are a mother and daughter team) and I custom design stationery and paper goods here at Todd Studios.

I want to share Megan and Joe’s stationery with you. I had the best time working closely with Megan on her vision of what she wanted for her wedding. It all started with inspiration of: wood, carved initials, hearts/arrows, large oak trees with a vintage twist. I put this all together and came up with a handmade woodgrain pocket. When opening this fabulous pocket you find the rsvp/envelope/reception/map cards neatly tucked in it’s pocket with the invite mounted on the other side. How cute is the belly band with the heart diecut to keep the pocket closed and give it the perfect finishing touch.

Once the wedding date grew near, working on the day of wedding pieces became just as creative. Take a look at the program – we sewed the 3 pages together!

Always looking for a new way to display escort cards – the guests name was on one side and the table number on the other of these cute little banners.  Megan was busy leading up to the wedding making smore pops as favors for guests – we created matching little banner tags.

Stringer Pennants are a great way to say/display messages – Megan and Joe held up a Thank You pennant for a photo that we turned into their Thank You cards – after the photo they attached it to their gift table. They also hung a Just Married sign on their head table.

We are super excited about our little visitors we have stopping by the studios to help out with the shoot …BABY CHICKS !!! So stinking cute.               The studio will be set up with several different back drops to choose from. Easter attire is not required just fun, bright, springy colors. Just bring the smiles and we provide the memories.

Space is very limited this year and time slots are already filling up quickly .

Nicole and Blake decided to see each other before the ceremony to allow more time for the photos – The fact that her father “gave her away” for this moment made it even more special!

Ok, this is hands down one of my new favorite photos!! Bride and Groom plus a little bit of rain = one fabulous photo!
