Like many photographers, I picked up my first camera as a kid and thus my love of photography was born. In college, I put myself on a super-focused (pun absolutely intended) track studying photography and graphic design, and got my first job with an ad agency just three days after graduating.
But it wasn’t long before I was working weekends at wedding studios and found my true calling. So I took a leap. I ditched agency life and went full time as a Gallery Manager at Todd Studios. And in 2008, I bought the place.
Today, I am still in love with what I do. My work allows me to be a part of the most important and intimate moments of people’s lives. When they say I do. When they welcome a child into the world. I’m there. They trust me to capture these moments, and that, for me, is the pure joy of photography.
